Ancient Japanese Exercises

fast, fun & effective

How long does it take you to drive to and from the gym/country club, shower, clean your outfit, etc.?

After years of trying different sports, Sensei Tessler discovered an ancient Japanese exercise routine that can be done anywhere without equipment within 18 to 36 minutes.

Even if you are not pressed for time, parts of this routine can be used to warm up before golf, tennis or running to reduce the risk of injuries.

KarateCEO = Ancient Japanese Warm-Up + optional karate

the perfect format for busy CEOs with various options including a 20-minute online session

Excellent program for CEOs and senior managers! I participated in this Introduction to Karate program and I strongly recommend it. Even if you are not athletic or a fan of martial arts, you will greatly benefit from the ancient Japanese exercise routine.
