Team Building

Baseball? Japanese Yoga? Virtual Team Building with non-physical activities?

Whether your goal is to spur innovation or transform your culture, we will find the right mix of physical and non-physical activities. Included below is a basic example where the company’s goals are to have fun and encourage their employees to try something new:

Example: Baseball Team Building
(optional beer or barbecue party)

Why baseball team building?

  1. Almost everyone can play and it’s really fun!
Even if you cannot run, you can still play. One of your colleagues can run the bases for you after you hit the ball. Also, baseball is really fun to play even though it might appear to be a strange game on TV.

  2. Almost everyone starts at the same level.
Most Central Europeans have little experience with the game. So, it is perfect for team building.
Interestingly, it is played in many countries including Italy, the Netherlands, Cuba, Venezuela, China…One of the best players in the world is Japanese (i.e. Shohei Ohtani).

  3. It is safer than most team building activities.
We can play with a soft ball instead of a traditional baseball. Also, men and women can play together. For beginners, height and muscles are not so important like they are for basketball and football.

Will we only play baseball?

In addition to baseball, at least 2 other team building activities will be included to help employees bond together and have fun.
