Conflict Resolution - Business Mediation

Perhaps you have two great employees who don't work well together?

Two People Fighting Over Orange

Harvard University Professors, Ury and Fisher, wrote one of the longest running best sellers, "Getting to Yes". This book is a good introduction to principled negotiation. My personal photos below simplify the concept to explain the difference between a traditional compromise (split it in half) and a creative solution:

50%/50% Compromise - better than fighting, but neither person content

Win/Win Solution + identify real needs (1 person only needs peel for cake)

Naturally, most conflicts are not resolved so easily. Some managers believe that the conflict will magically resolve itself with time. However, the tension between the 2 employees usually does not disappear without some type of change and it negatively impacts the whole team. This is why many companies would benefit from a trained mediator who has not only read the above-mentioned book, but also has experience with other methods.

Due to my experience in HR Management and Business Mediation, I am a neutral problem solver who can help your company resolve conflicts.

In addition, I have developed a 3-stage conflict resolution process and I will guarantee that your company benefits from this service.
